ALAMEDA COUNTY CEL ONLINE APPLICATION
Welcome to the Online Application for Alameda County's
Centralized Eligibility List! Submitting your information to the CEL
puts you on the ONE list that is used by other subsidized programs in
Alameda County to fill their child care openings. You only need to
be on the list one time in order for your information to be accessed.
Once completed and submitted, your application will be received by
Alameda County's CEL staff, reviewed and entered into the
countywide system. You can expect to receive an email within 48
hours to confirm that your application has been entered into the
system or a phone call from CEL staff if there are any questions
about your information.
In order to remain active on the eligibility list you must update your
information with any changes in employment, income, address,
family size, etc. You will also periodically receive update notices in
the mail. You must review these update notices and indicate if there
are any changes to your information. Even if all of your information
is the same, you still must send the update notice back. If your
information is not received within 30 days your application will be
removed from the CEL.
